摘 要
翅片管是金屬管外表面繞有薄鋁帶的螺旋形翅片,并利用翅片進行熱交換的換熱元件,它是目前國內(nèi)外公認的高效熱交換元件,隨著我國空調(diào)、制冷業(yè)的發(fā)展,對翅片管的需求量日益增加,同時也對產(chǎn)品功能、質(zhì)量、性價比、更新?lián)Q代周期都提出越來越高的要求。而我國現(xiàn)有的翅片管生產(chǎn)設備多屬于半機械、半手工生產(chǎn)方式,生產(chǎn)效率低,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,不能滿足用戶要求。要提高翅片管生產(chǎn)設備的性能,靠進口已經(jīng)不能適應市場競爭的要求,必須針對我國的實際情況,開發(fā)滿足市場需求的翅片管自動生產(chǎn)設備。
本文在對目前國內(nèi)外翅片管生產(chǎn)設備現(xiàn)狀進行研究與分析的基礎上,對整個翅片管自動生產(chǎn)設備的設計進行了探討,通過對翅片管自動生產(chǎn)設備中的重要零部件進行計算選型及校核,完成了翅片管自動生產(chǎn)設備整體結(jié)構(gòu)設計,采用可編程控制器PLC控制步進電機實現(xiàn)不同管徑、不同長度鋼管螺距的無級變速。
本設計主要實現(xiàn)翅片管螺距的無級調(diào)速,并可實現(xiàn)程序管理。能夠有效地提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和自動化水平,并*終提高企業(yè)在市場上的競爭力。

ABSTRACT
